Should I stop using social media as it's affecting my productivity?

If you use it passively, then yes! But if you use it actively, you might be doing yourself a major disservice! Active social media usage means that just like when you go to the gym, you have a game plan, objectives, and a reason! Maybe it’s to use social media to connect with journalists for your up-and-coming boom. Perhaps it’s to get background on a potential client. Or maybe it’s a way to market your solution to people who need it and is willing to pay for it.
