Hey, Valentine!!! 💛 xoxo, Boundless

We're feeling the love this week and not just from our dog for once.
We hope you've had a great week so far! We're only a few hours away from the weekend, you can make it! We have some marketing and lead generation tips for you this week, and we added a little bit of spice by including some self-care ideas too! We hope you enjoy!
Customers everyone, customers! 😃
Getting a lead is only one part of the puzzle. How can you turn that lead into a customer, though? The next steps you take after landing a lead are vital to turning them into a customer.
Sales Process: This is a repeatable process that will help introduce your lead to your product and ensure that you can solve their problem. Use your first call in the sales process to learn about your potential client and understand their company. Figure out what outcome they are looking for and see if you're the right fit for them. In the second sales call, providing a demo for your solution can help your lead see precisely how you can help them and what your process is. Feel free to message us if you need some help and guidance creating your demo!
What Should You Include in Your Demo?:
⭐ A brief outline
⭐ Remind your prospect why they are there
⭐ An explanation of how your system works
⭐ Examples of past projects
⭐ How you compare to your competitors
⭐ An overview of what they will receive with your service
⭐ Timeline and Next Steps
⭐ Contact information

Follow-Up: Following up is just as important as initial conversations with leads. After you've had your first two conversations with a lead, update your CRM so that everything is kept up-to-date. Then you can continue sending follow-up emails every couple of days until you schedule a proposition discussion. Even if the potential client is not interested in buying at the moment, continue to check in every couple of weeks to remain top of mind.
Here's an idea of what a follow-up email might look like:
Hi [first name],
I understand how busy life & work can get, so just bumping this thread back up to the top. Here is a video that best explains the process of how we here at [company name] help businesses [do this awesome thing]!
[insert the link to a quick overview video here]
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
P.S. If this isn’t something up your alley, let me know, and I will gladly pull back.
Leverage Your Content: To keep your follow-up messaging engaging and helpful, try repurposing your content. Using already made content takes no extra time and can be a great way to foster interactions with your connections. For example, try including helpful infographics along with your blog to help your leads more easily conduct their research. Remember, you have access to every piece of content we create for you — it's yours to use! (BTW: If you want to edit any of your content, go into your client Drive, click the file you want, and then click 'view details.' The description will have a link that will take you to the editable Canva link for your file! Ask us if you need help finding this.)

Sharing is Caring 🤗
Are you looking to get more people to share your content and web pages? Shares can be a perfect way to gain new customers, but how do you get people to share your content?
A content study from BackLinko shows that certain types of content, whether that be blog posts, webpages, or social media posts, result in a higher number of shares. Writing posts in a list format results in the highest number of shares, according to BackLinko. The second highest shared content types are posts and blogs that tell the audience why they should do something or why something works the way it does. For example, CMSWire's second most popular article of 2020 was "Why Remote Learning and Online Learning Are Not the Same."

The third most-shared content types include those that explain what something is or show what you have to offer to your customers. This content type can highlight your services and help your audience learn more about what you offer. Videos come in fourth place for average shares. You can get more shares on your videos by making them highly engaging and having a strong call-to-action at the end. 💪 We hope these stats give you some ideas about what types of content to post next!
