Our CEO and Co-Founder, Nico de Bruyn, was recently thinking back to the early days of Boundless Media, and seeing how much we have iterated since then!
Our sales process has evolved a lot since the early days.
At first, we scripted every word… and it was way too robotic.
Then it was structured around decks… but it was focused on what we were selling rather than on the problems that needed to be solved for clients!
Nowadays, we have a process that's focused on listening to clients and showing resources to answer their specific questions!
For instance, we send out resources to help solve profitability or lack of contracts issues!
That’s right.
We actually outline sample contracts and their estimated monthly profit!
EXAMPLE
Focus: Facebook advertising
Contract breakdown (per hour): $50-100
Monthly contract: $1000-2500
Monthly Profit: $400-1000
For each lead, we create a new data sheet using this formula. \

This is only one of the tools that we have now developed to answer specific questions that people have!
So here’s the lesson: adapt
Don’t be married to the way you come up with at the start.
Do it, iterate, adapt and enhance!
